Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager with experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry, battery sales, and charger solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing dealer and distributor networks, and expanding market presence in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint new dealers and distributors within the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- Prepare and maintain detailed market intelligence reports.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct meetings with EV 2-wheeler OEMs, distributors, and dealers to explore business opportunities.
- Deliver strong sales presentations and demonstrate excellent convincing skills.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with dealers and partners.
- Candidates with prior experience in the EV battery industry will be given preference.
- Stay updated on current EV market trends and competitors' strategies.
Key Skillsets
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in EV, battery, or charger industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and OEM clients.
- Analytical skills with the ability to prepare market intelligence and sales reports.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in EV, batteries, or charger sales.
- Graduate from any discipline.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Knowledge of the current EV market, products, and competitors' strategies.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets consistently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per month
