Reports To: Senior Manager Leads Management
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated professional with 2–5 years of sales or inside sales experience to join our Leads Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Drive opportunity creation, nurturing, and conversion in line with revenue targets.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Confidently handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead/opportunity information in CRM tools.
- Track and report performance against KPIs, targets, and campaign outcomes.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices for lead management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, pre-sales, or lead management (B2B experience preferred).
- Target-driven with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical skills to track campaign and revenue metrics.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
