What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for a smart and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who's excited to learn the ropes of B2B sales and play a key role in growing the business. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers — identifying leads, starting conversations, and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Your day-to-day will include:

● Finding and reaching out to potential business customers via calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp

● Starting conversations to understand their needs and whether the solution is a good fit

● Booking meetings for the senior sales team with qualified leads

● Keeping track of outreach and lead progress in the CRM

● Following up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns

● Working closely with sales and marketing to improve outreach and messaging

What We're Looking ForMust-Haves:

● 2–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections

● Organized and proactive with follow-ups and lead tracking

● Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or other CRMs

Nice-to-Haves:

● Experience selling tech products, SaaS, IT hardware, or subscription services

● Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo

● Understanding of B2B buying processes or selling to Admin/IT/Procurement teams

Growth Path: From SDR to AE in 12 Months

This role comes with a clear growth roadmap. If you hit your goals and demonstrate ownership, you'll be considered for an Account Executive (AE) role within 12 months — where you'll get to manage deals end-to-end.

We'll support you with ongoing training, mentorship, and real exposure to the sales process.

Pay: ₹400, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
