Inside Sales Executive

- Handle inbound enquiries through calls, emails, website, and CRM.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into potential sales.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoice, and sales orders as per customer needs.
- Coordinate with technical, pricing, and operations teams for accurate quotes.
- Follow up on sent quotations to close sales.
- Communicate product details, pricing, lead time, and commercial terms.
- Manage customer queries and escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate with field sales, logistics, production, and finance teams.
- Assist in order processing, dispatch follow-ups, and documentation.
- Track customer orders and update CRM/sales database.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
- Update CRM with lead status, follow-up notes, and customer records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in inside sales, tele-sales, B2B sales support, or customer coordination.
- Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools .
- Basic understanding of sales documentation and pricing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹41,508.29 per month
