About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Area Sales Manager
to lead and expand the offline sales network for our premium brand
Lavian Exotique
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a strong distribution network, ensuring market presence, and driving regional business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage offline sales operations through distributors, super stockists & retailers.
- Negotiate trading terms, contracts, and margins with channel partners.
- Ensure product placement and visibility at retail outlets.
- Develop and manage return cycles and claim settlements.
- Handle end-to-end payment collections and follow-ups.
- Provide analytical insights on sales, margins, P&L, and trade spends.
- Coordinate with logistics for seamless supply chain movement.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts & trade partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 12–15 years
of experience in FMCG sales, specifically in Modern Trade & General Trade. - Strong working experience with
key retail accounts
like D-Mart, Reliance Retail, Metro Cash & Carry, etc. - Proven success in distribution network development and retail management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to drive performance and deliver results.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
