Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and execute core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting our workforce, fostering a positive company culture, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative issues.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and confidential manner.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process.
2. HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (digital and physical) and HR databases (HRIS).
- Assist in administering the payroll process, including tracking attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Ensure all HR practices and company policies comply with federal and local labor laws and regulations.
- Draft, update, and communicate internal HR policies and employee handbooks.
3. Performance Management & Training
- Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle, track employee goals, and maintain performance documentation.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs across departments.
- Coordinate and schedule training programs for employees and management.
4. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and issuing offer letters.
- Conduct new hire orientation and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Experience with HR software (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Interpersonal & Mediation Skills: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
