Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Executive based in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong business relationships. Key tasks will include strategizing for market expansion, presenting tailored automation solutions, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business growth strategies
  • Proficiency in client relations and Account Management
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and achieve growth targets
  • Adaptability and a customer-focused attitude
  • Experience in IT, automation, or enterprise solutions is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
