About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers to drive business growth in the granite / construction materials industry. The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge, proven sales experience, and excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and contractors.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Bangalore region and beyond.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Graduate in Business / Marketing / related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in granite industry (preferred) or construction materials industry.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership.
- Good knowledge of the Bangalore market.
Compensation
- Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Attractive incentives based on performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
