Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and project teams. Tool & Platform Support Use collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Miro) to manage change artifacts. Support the use of platforms like KyoFlow or other GenAI tools for synthesizing data and generating insights. Continuous Learning Stay updated on change management trends, tools, and methodologies. Participate in internal training, certifications, and mentoring sessions."
