Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role will involve planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of digital solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end IT project delivery for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, dependencies, and escalate issues as required.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and governance.

Digital Transformation Support

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
  • Support implementation of digital tools, automation, cloud solutions, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business and technology stakeholders.
  • Facilitate steering committees, status meetings, and executive updates.
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and IT deliverables.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and action logs.
  • Document project deliverables, risks, decisions, and lessons learned.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership visibility.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably with digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects involving automation, cloud, ERP, or other digital tools.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and meet tight deadlines.
