Role & responsibilities

  • Promote agency services (Advertising, Digital Marketing, Website Development, Branding, Events).
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and client meetings.
  • Pitch services, give presentations, and explain solutions to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, digital, web) for client requirements.
  • Attend exhibitions, events, and on-ground activations to represent the agency.
  • Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiation, and deal closure.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in Marketing/Business/Related Field
  • 23 years experience in Sales/Marketing/Advertising
  • Knowledge of Advertising, Digital Marketing & Website Services
  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Negotiation & Persuasion Skills
  • Ability to Generate Leads & Achieve Targets
  • Good Networking & Relationship-Building Skills
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Self-Motivated and Result-Oriented
  • Willing to Travel for Client Meetings/Field Work
  • Two-Wheeler with Valid Driving License
