Job Overview

This full-time, mid-level position for Field Marketing Lubes Power is based in Hyderabad. We seek an experienced professional with 4 to 6 years of experience for enhancing our marketing strategies. Candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

  • extensive field marketing experience, especially in the lubes or industrial sector, with a minimum of 4 years of practice
  • proven track record of successful b2b sales operations and strategies (mandatory skill)
  • proficiency in lead generation with the ability to identify and nurture potential business prospects (mandatory skill)
  • ability to efficiently utilize customer relationship management systems to monitor and enhance client interactions
  • comprehensive understanding of channel management to maximize product reach
  • experience in product promotion and showcasing to effectively enhance brand visibility
  • exemplary communication skills for articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • sustained ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
