Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven Inside Sales Executive who thrives in a target-oriented environment. The candidate should have proven expertise in closing sales over calls and digital channels, with a passion for EdTech and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound & inbound calls, WhatsApp, email follow-ups, and demos.
- Identify client needs and recommend EdTech courses or IT services.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets & KPIs.
- Maintain CRM/Excel for accurate tracking.
- Work with marketing for lead nurturing.
- Build customer relationships for repeat business.
- Share market feedback to improve offerings.
- Handle objections & negotiate deals.
- Attend weekly reviews and training sessions.
Requirements
- 2+ years proven sales experience (EdTech/IT preferred).
- Strong ability to influence and close deals remotely.
- Excellent English & Hindi communication skills.
- Target-oriented with track record of meeting goals.
- Tech-savvy: CRM tools, MS Office, online sales.
- Self-disciplined, proactive & independent worker.
- Strong presentation skills for virtual demos.
