Role Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead Sinelab's solar sales operations in your assigned district. The role involves meeting residential customers, explaining system benefits, coordinating with banks, and ensuring successful project closures.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential solar power systems in your region.
  • Conduct site visits and customer meetings to explain project savings and ROI.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and banks.
  • Coordinate with Sinelab's central office for execution and service.
  • Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales background preferred — experience in solar/electrical industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and passionate about renewable energy.
  • Freshers with strong communication and a learning attitude are welcome.
