Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead the companys financial operations and ensure robust fiscal control, compliance, and growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial planning, cost management, and reporting expertise, with additional experience handling IPO preparation and SEBI/ROC compliance. Experience in the manufacturing industry will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments.
  • Oversee daily financial operations — accounting, billing, AP/AR, cost tracking, and general ledger management.
  • Manage monthly and annual closings, ensuring accurate MIS and statutory reports.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management and board review.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, fund movements, and working capital for optimal liquidity.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
  • Support IPO-related financial due diligence, documentation, and SEBI/ROC compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective internal controls and financial risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with procurement and vendors to optimize payment terms and cost efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified CA/CS with at least 5 years of progressive finance experience.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, and working capital management.
  • Exposure to IPO financial compliance, SEBI/ROC processes, or listed-company reporting preferred.
  • Strong command of accounting standards, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally), and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Manufacturing industry experience highly desirable.
