Key Responsibilities:

* Manage payroll, benefits, and compliance
* Coordinate office administration and vendor management
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
* Support leadership in strategic planning and organizational development
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR and administrative management
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
