Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, and WordPress.
  • Create and manage custom WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs for integrations.
  • Write clean, secure, and reusable code following industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
  • Manage database structures, queries, and migrations (MySQL/MariaDB).
  • Ensure websites and applications are secure and scalable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in PHP (7.x/8.x).
  • Hands-on experience with Laravel framework (middleware, queues, migrations, blade templates).
  • Experience with headless WordPress or REST API/GraphQL.
  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress (theme customization, plugin development, hooks, filters, ACF, WooCommerce).
  • Solid understanding of MySQL, database design, and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Tailwind.
  • Understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub or GitLab for version control.
  • Ability to integrate third-party APIs and services.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in PHP, WordPress, and Laravel development (adjust based on level).
