**Job Title**: Web Designer
**Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai
**Salary**: Upto 3 - 3.5 LPA
**Experience**: 6 months - 1 year

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- Graduate in any field
- Should reside on the Western/Metro Line
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, Responsive Design, and Photoshop (preferred)

We are seeking a talented **Web Designer** to join our growing team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging, user-friendly, and responsive websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams like marketing, operations, and development to implement creative concepts and ensure a seamless user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design website concepts, wireframes, and mockups using design tools and software
- Develop website layouts and user interfaces following best practices for user experience (UX)
- Optimize images, graphics, and multimedia elements for website performance
- Ensure responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop compatibility
- Implement and customize website themes and CMS to create functional websites
- Collaborate with developers to translate design into HTML/CSS or CMS templates
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for design improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best design practices
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive online branding
- Perform quality assurance checks for accurate implementation and functionality
- Integrate client CMS programs and data feeds into websites
- Stay adaptable and open to learning new design tools and techniques

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple design projects and deliver on time
- Ensure SEO best practices in design for better visibility
