Job Description Sourcing Executive (SAP P2P)

Position: Sourcing Executive Procure to Pay (SAP MM)

Experience: 0.6 2 Years (Sourcing / Procurement / SAP P2P support)

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

Budget: Up to 3.5 LPA

Employment Type: Contractual on Randstad Payroll as per Performance It will extended .

Opening with Good Brand

Must Experience and knowledge-

  1. Should have worked on SAP(hands-on) and should be able to understand T-codes
  2. Should know how procurement works and what are the challenges related to documents/payments etc.
  3. Should know 4 Simple steps of P2P       PO creation-goods receipt-invoice handling-payment to supplier

Role & responsibilities

Role Summary

An excellent opportunity for junior procurement professionals / SAP MM trained candidates to work in a sourcing role with hands-on exposure to SAP P2P cycle and vendor management. This role offers strong learning potential in procurement operations & SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day procurement and sourcing operations.
  • Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay cycle (PR, PO, GRN, invoice follow-ups).
  • Handle vendor coordination, negotiation, and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain and update vendor/material master data in SAP.
  • Assist in procurement reports and dashboards using Excel.
  • Provide support to internal teams for procurement-related queries.

Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of SAP MM (P2P process) – PR, PO, GRN, invoice handling.
  • Strong Excel skills for procurement reporting.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Exposure to vendor management & sourcing activities.
  • SAP certification/training preferred.

Qualification

  • Any Graduate (Engineering / Commerce preferred).
  • SAP MM training/certification will be an added advantage.
