We have an urgent opening for Business Manager position for our reputed client in India.
Job location : Hyderabad / Indore.
We are looking for a high-performing and dedicated Business Manager to lead
procurement operations, drive performance, and ensure profitability in the assigned
region.
This job is all about collecting used cooking oil (like the kind restaurants throw away after frying food) and making sure its collected regularly and efficiently.
The company turns this used oil into biodiesel a cleaner alternative to regular fuel.
We are looking for someone who understands-
- Team building- someone who has built a team in the past and interviewed people for
his/her team.
- Strategy development- someone who understands strategy creation.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams across departments.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and
adherence to SOPs.
- Logistics Oversight: Manage logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring timely deliveries,
vendor coordination, and cost optimization.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and implement
business growth strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
across departments.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between departments to ensure alignment
with overall business goals.
- Data-driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to monitor performance and support
strategic decisions.
- Budget Management: Assist in preparing operational budgets and monitoring expenses to
ensure cost-effectiveness.
