Customer Success Associate – International Chat Support (Tech Process)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our Tech Support – International Chat Process team. As part of our customer experience department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support via chat to a global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries via chat
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-time resolution
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and engage with customers
  • Both graduates and undergraduates are eligible
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an international process is mandatory

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹31,000 CTC
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
  • Perks: Company-provided both side cab facility(UPTO 20 KM)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹31,000.00 per month
