Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Engagement Trainee located in Kochi. The Client Engagement Trainee will be responsible for supporting customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to client inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with existing clients via email, chat, and phone to gauge satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Analyze client needs and develop customized proposals, quotes, and service recommendations.
  • Proactively follow up on proposals to increase conversion rates and facilitate successful deal closures.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client feedback, workflows, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Work closely with front-end and service delivery teams to provide a seamless and high-quality client experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, proposals, sales activities, and feedback using internal systems.
  • Support the sales team by nurturing leads and helping to identify new business opportunities.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of internal tools, systems, and processes to align client expectations with service delivery.
