Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Chennai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, conducting reviews and follow-ups, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role also involves overseeing project deliveries, handling escalations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
- Ability to understand client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Project Management and Coordination skills
- Problem-solving and escalation handling abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with client interactions
- Experience in the technology or digital trust industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
