Business Development Manager

Industry: IT / SaaS / HRMS Experience: 5-10 years in B2B software sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably HRMS, ERP, or SaaS domain).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
- Review team performance regularly to identify challenges, analyze reasons for shortfalls, and implement corrective actions.
- Build a strong, motivated sales culture through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Identify new markets, enterprise clients, and partnership opportunities to expand business reach.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and goal alignment.

- Manage key client relationships and drive long-term business retention.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent Tempus Central at industry events and enhance brand presence.
