Industry: IT / SaaS / HRMS Experience: 5-10 years in B2B software sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably HRMS, ERP, or SaaS domain).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
  • Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
  • Review team performance regularly to identify challenges, analyze reasons for shortfalls, and implement corrective actions.
  • Build a strong, motivated sales culture through training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Identify new markets, enterprise clients, and partnership opportunities to expand business reach.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and goal alignment.

  • Manage key client relationships and drive long-term business retention.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for go-to-market initiatives.
