Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Vadodara. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, creating business proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in business development, market research, client relationship management, and sales strategy execution
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights
- Proficiency in planning, time management, and working collaboratively across teams
- Experience in the specialty chemicals or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets while managing multiple priorities
