Role Description

This is a contract and remote role for a Business Development, Marketing & Sales Executive. The day-to-day tasks for this role include managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, developing business opportunities, executing sales strategies, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. The role involves identifying new business prospects, creating marketing plans, and supporting the overall business development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Account Management and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Sales and Business Development experience
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

Compensation Structure:

This role is
entirely performance-linked
. There is
no fixed salary or monthly retainer
. Earnings will be based solely on the results achieved (e.g., revenue generated, targets met, or successful client acquisitions).
