Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, pitching services/solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competition.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to close profitable deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance KPIs.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities in CRM tools.
- Provide regular business reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business communication platforms.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
