Role Overview

The Production Coordinator is the central orchestrator of the Promo Production pipeline. You are responsible for the end-to-end execution, ensuring every video promo is released on time and meets strict quality standards. This role demands meticulous organization and proactive management to maintain continuous forward momentum and deliver high-impact creative assets on schedule.

Your Part

  • Workflow Orchestration:
    Execute the creative vision by efficiently orchestrating the workflow and asset movement among various creative specialists, including AI Artists, Promo Producers, Sound Engineers, and Video Editors.
  • Production Scheduling & Delivery:
    Serve as the central communication and coordination hub, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a strict production schedule and consistently achi
    eve all weekly and monthly output targets.
  • Proactive Problem Solving:
    Act as a proactive problem solver, rapidly identifying bottlenecks in the production pipeline and developing creative operational solutions that effectively balance the required speed of promo production with high-quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Ensure all business goals are delivered on time by managing expectations and communicating clearly across all teams involved in the promo production process.
  • Performance Marketing Ops Management:
    Responsible for ensuring end-to-end performance marketing Ops - from production to testing, including uploading ads on different platforms and monitoring and analysing performance.
