Job & Division Summary: 

The Product Compliance Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to product compliance, including but not limited to RoHS, REACH, Proposition 65, Conflict Minerals, TSCA, and PFAS. This role ensures timely and accurate responses to compliance requests and manages the end-to-end process of confirming supplier compliance and issuing customer certifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to customer requests regarding product compliance documentation and declarations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain up-to-date compliance data, including standardized questionnaires and declarations.
  • Review supplier responses for completeness and accuracy, ensuring alignment with global regulatory requirements (e.g., EU RoHS, REACH SVHC, TSCA, PFAS reporting).
  • Maintain centralized records of compliance certifications and declarations for internal and external use.
  • Issue formal certifications of compliance to customers, tailored to their specific regulatory needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, legal) to ensure product and supply chain compliance.
  • Support supplier education and engagement to improve data quality and submission rates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance platforms (e.g., Assent) is a plus.
