Must Have Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Chemical / Environmental Engineering / Science.Strong chemistry and Product Stewardship / compliance knowledge and experienceExperience with a minimum of three full life-cycle implementations including all phases 5 to 10 years' experience – consulting and/or industry>= 2 Full Cycle SAP Product Compliance deployments – ECC and/or S/4HANA – including all phases such as planning, defining requirements, design, build, test, and deploymentStrong Chemical / Pharmaceutical business and market knowledgeStrong SAP technical knowledge of specification database, materials management materials master & procurement, Logistics shipping & delivery, customer master and overall SAP landscape functionality & integrationStrong business process knowledge – Product Stewardship / Product Compliance, P2P, OTC, and ManufacturingSME in Specification database / Substance Data Model, SDS authoring/distribution, DG classification/checks, GLM, Global product compliance / SVT including checks, and Discrete Product Compliance SPRCCommercial acumen and drive – track record of customer relations, business development and proposal managementProject delivery skills – track record of technical delivery success to scope and budgetSelf-motivated and drivenPeople skills – project staff leadership, client stakeholder engagement, client leadership relationshipNice to Have Qualifications:Project Management certificationsStrong Manufacturing – High Tech and Hard Goods - business and market knowledgeSAP EHS Product Compliance Architecture skills – WWI / GenPC, Expert, OCC / ADM / Cloud LoaderSAP EHS Product Compliance Content SME – 3E ERC+, SPRC Content Yordis/Opesus and/or CDX/SAPSAP technical skills (ABAP, BTP, iDoc, ALE, APIs, etc.) and certificationsSAP Product Compliance Adjacencies technical skills / experience – GTS, PLM, Sustainability Suite (SCT, SFM, RD&P)SME in global product compliance regulatory requirementsResponsibilitiesSupport pre-sales team on RFP preparation with the scope of work, timeline plan and high-level project plan.Evaluate EHS PS software systems available on the market, including assisting clients with system requirements and system selection. Provide advice on different EHS PS software systems in response to specific data, organizational and operational requirements.Interact with clients on a routine basis to gather requirements and develop a full understanding of various business scenarios in order to assist with the development of appropriate proposals.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of SAP methodology, principles, theories, concepts and techniques.Engage in all life cycle stages of project execution; provide support and enhancement to SAP platforms and solutions as required to meet the overall business objectives of clients.Analyze user requirements, prepare requirements document, as-is & to-be processes and identify gaps.Prepare for and lead project Blueprinting sessions with customer stakeholders to gather and document effective business requirements and translates requirements into functional and technical design specification documents.Design processes to meet requirements and prepare functional specifications.Facilitate management of change issues with the adoption of new information systems. Collaborate with clients to develop/refine implementation strategy and on-going testing needs.Prepare test plans, conduct testing validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).Implement SAP EHS Product Compliance software solutions such as SAP for clients worldwide. Assist with SAP system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, and improvements.Lead consultant teams that configure/deploy SAP EHS Product Compliance solutions; specific activities include publishing system design documents, configuring components within the solution, analyzing/migrating data, and specifying custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces.Provide knowledge transfer enablement through formal documentation and end-user training.
