Job Description

We are hiring an experienced SAP EHS Consultant with strong functional expertise across Risk Assessment, EHS Audits, Product Safety, and Dangerous Goods. The role demands deep process understanding, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work with global business and technical teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an SME in end-to-end SAP EHS global implementation projects
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications
  • Provide process improvements and evaluate efficiency of existing business flows
  • Support solution feasibility, design, and high-level estimations
  • Develop and deliver user training and functional documentation
  • Collaborate with Business, Architects, and Platform Analysts on detailed requirements
  • Validate the solution prior to UAT and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Review, validate, and sign off test plans and functional test cases
  • Escalate issues impacting delivery and quality
  • Ensure all deliverables meet software quality, compliance, and regulatory standards
  • Provide third-line business support when needed
  • Drive business process harmonization using industry best practices
  • Proactively propose new IT solutions, enhancements, and innovations to stakeholders


Mandatory Skills

✔ 6+ years of experience in SAP EHS Functional

✔ Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP EHS implementations

✔ Strong knowledge in:

  • Risk Assessment
  • EHS Audits
  • Product Safety
  • Dangerous Goods Management
  • ✔ Strong understanding of EHS processes and integration touchpoints
  • ✔ Ability to translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions
