Designation: Jr / Executive HR & Administration

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1-3years

Gender Preference: Female

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and actively source potential candidates from various platforms.
  • Prepare offer letters and other hiring documents.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

HR Administration and Employee Support

  • Maintain and update accurate employee records, including personal information, contracts, leaves, and performance data.
  • Handle day-to-day employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support payroll administration by compiling and verifying employee attendance and leave data.
  • Assist in the offboarding process, including resignation processing and exit interview

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Participate in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and team-building initiatives.
  • Assist in resolving basic employee relations issues and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
