What You'll Do –
You'll design and implement IGA solutions using SailPoint/Saviynt, manage access controls and compliance, troubleshoot IAM issues, and collaborate with stakeholders while ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SailPoint IdentityIQ, ISC and/or Saviynt platforms.
• Lead the design, implementation, and support of identity governance solutions across the enterprise.
• Perform role-based access control (RBAC), policy configuration, access reviews, and certifications.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and define IGA solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification.
• Ensure best practices and compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to team members and

What You Bring To The Role

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Saviynt in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in Java and BeanShell scripting within SailPoint.
• Experience integrating SailPoint/Saviynt with diverse systems and directories.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
