We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager - Physical Design with 10-15 years of experience to lead our team in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical design and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and lead a team of physical design engineers to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts for physical design methodologies.
  • Collaborate with front-end engineers to resolve timing and power issues.
  • Evaluate new tools and drive power reduction of designs.
  • Perform floorplanning and time budgeting for successful project execution.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects by managing resources effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in handling block/chip level implementation from Netlist to GDS.
  • Experience in timing closure and physical verification closure.
  • Hands-on experience in handling blocks of sizes 1M instances and above at frequencies higher than 1GHz.
  • Knowledge of Subsystem Synthesis, Subsystem IR drop, Subsystem Lec, and Subsystem CLP.
  • Excellent scripting skills in TCL or Perl.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • UG - B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical) OR (PG - M.Tech/M.E, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication).
  • Proficiency in floorplanning and time budgeting is required.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be highly motivated and possess excellent team spirit.
