What You'll Do – 
You'll design and implement IGA solutions using SailPoint/Saviynt, manage access controls and compliance, troubleshoot IAM issues, and collaborate with stakeholders while ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing.

You'll report to Director, Infrastructure.

During a Typical Day, You'll

·       Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SailPoint IdentityIQ, ISC and/or Saviynt platforms.

·       Lead the design, implementation, and support of identity governance solutions across the enterprise.

·       Perform role-based access control (RBAC), policy configuration, access reviews, and certifications.

·       Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and define IGA solutions.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification.

·       Ensure best practices and compliance with security policies and regulations.

What You Bring to the Role

· –7 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Saviynt in enterprise environments.

·       Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and lifecycle processes.

·       Proficiency in Java and BeanShell scripting within SailPoint.

·       Experience integrating SailPoint/Saviynt with diverse systems and directories.

·       Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
