Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Gorakhpur. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for driving branch-level performance, achieving sales targets, and managing day-to-day branch operations. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, fostering strong customer relationships, developing strategies to enhance branch efficiency, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The role also involves analyzing market trends to identify business opportunities and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

  • Sales and leadership skills, including team management and performance tracking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster customer relationships
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills for market analysis and decision-making
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in achieving sales targets and enhancing operational efficiency
  • Prior experience in sales or branch management is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in local language and market knowledge is an added advantage
