Job Title: Tele calling Executive – CAD Desk Program

About Us

We are a leading provider of technical education through CAD Desk programs, offering certified training in CAD/CAM/CAE software. We are currently hiring an experienced Tele calling Executive to join our growing admissions team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain the features and benefits of CAD Desk courses.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed course information.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website, and referrals.
  • Maintain and update the database of student inquiries.
  • Convert leads into course enrollments through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Coordinate with the counseling and admission team for smooth conversion and onboarding.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Collect feedback from leads and report market trends and responses to management.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in lead conversion and meeting sales/admission targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
