Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads for residential and commercial projects.
Present project details, features, and pricing to customers and guide them through the booking process.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for promotional activities and customer follow-up.
Participate in site visits, property expos, and promotional events.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements:-
Candidates degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Dynamic personality with a passion for sales and client service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
