What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Design-to-Production Handoff: Coordinate between the client and our internal design

team to finalize custom dimensions, colors, and layouts.

  • End-to-End Execution: manage the full lifecycle—printing, quality checks (QC), packaging,

and dispatch.

  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for high-end clients. You must

communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly.

  • Logistics & Installation: Coordinate with production units and installation teams to ensure

flawless delivery at the site.

  • Zero-Error Management: Track project timelines on Excel/Sheets to flag potential delays

before they happen.

Who You Are (The Requirements):

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline. (Background in Architecture/Interior Design is a

plus, but not mandatory).

  • Communication: Excellent English (Written & Spoken) is non-negotiable. You will be

speaking to HNI clients and top architects.

  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is required for tracking projects.
  • Location: You must currently reside in Gurgaon. This is a strictly work-from-office role.
