
Sr. Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales of HVAC & BMS products and solutions in assigned regions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, system integrators, and end-users.
- Generate new business opportunities, identify potential clients, and drive market penetration.
- Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate effectively and close sales orders .
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive product approvals with HVAC/BMS consultants and inclusion in project specifications.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports in line with company policies.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members where required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
- 4–6 years of proven sales experience in HVAC, BMS, or building automation industry.
- Strong network with consultants, MEP contractors, and system integrators in the industry.
- Good knowledge of HVAC equipment (AHUs, FCUs, VFD controllers, sensors, actuators) and BMS systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
