Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele caller Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers, providing information about our products/services, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, concerns, and interests.
  • Achieve assigned calling and conversion tasks as per business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller/Telemarketer/Customer Service Executive preferred (freshers can also apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
