Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. This is a field role based in Noida, requiring client visits and active business development efforts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, emails, social media platforms, and networking.
- Pitch WhatsApp Marketing API and automation solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for customized solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and share insights with management.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently pitch products and close deals.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive in meeting clients.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Marketing / SaaS / API-based solutions is an advantage.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and client interactions in Noida/Delhi NCR.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, SaaS sales, IT, or field sales preferred.
