, we partner with organizations to bring structured mental health care to employees and their families—combining individual therapy, proactive detection, and system-wide insights. We have 30K employees in care and the ambition to scale this to 500K individuals.

Sukoon On Campus
, we run full-stack mental health programs inside India's top universities—integrating education, detection, and treatment directly into the student journey. We have 15K students under our care and have our sights set at 500K students across India by 2032.

Sukoon Community
is being built as a distinct vertical within Sukoon Health, serving two key cohorts:
students and employees
. As the dedicated HR Manager for Sukoon Community, you will be responsible for embedding culture, scaling talent, and running HR operations that fuel this vertical's growth. This is not a back-office role — you'll be the
culture enabler, recruiter, and operator
ensuring we attract, retain, and empower exceptional people who will deliver world-class mental health programs across campuses and workplaces.

  • Strong HR operations and talent acquisition experience (startups / fast-paced environments preferred)
  • A natural enabler — someone who can balance empathy with structure
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to "get sh*t done"
  • High EQ, with the ability to engage with students, employees, and leadership alike
  • Young, energetic, and excited to be part of building something new

Key Responsibilities

1. Culture Enabler

  • Build Sukoon Community's culture from the ground up, ensuring alignment with Sukoon's overall ethos of trust, empathy, and performance
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement engagement initiatives for students and employees
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all hiring and operations

2. Talent Acquisition

  • Own recruitment end-to-end for Sukoon Community roles — from sourcing to onboarding
  • Build a strong talent pipeline of psychologists, counsellors, community managers, and operational staff
  • Develop a clear EVP (Employee Value Proposition) that attracts top talent to the mental health and wellness space

3. HR Operations

  • Manage HR processes for Sukoon Community including onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance
  • Implement scalable HR systems and processes tailored to the student + workplace cohorts
  • Track and report people metrics — attrition, engagement, and performance — to leadership

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, with demonstrated success in both
    talent acquisition and HR operations
  • Experience in fast-growth environments (startup, healthcare, education, or consulting preferred)
