We are looking for a talented and self-driven Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong bias towards action, creative problem solver, and very detail oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to style standards based on the brand guide.
  • Assist Sr. Visualizer in developing attractive and effective concepts, graphics and layouts for a variety of digital and media.
  • Click pictures and shoot reels/videos with the Brand comm team to create trending media content.
  • Create videos/animated videos when the situation/project requires.
  • Have to be a part of all townhalls/events external and should be well versed with camera/photography/videography.
  • Support team in the production of design draft and mock-ups and engage in collaborative design solutions to complex problems.
  • Work closely with creative projects managers, and cross-vertical teams to develop consistent, engaging, and timely graphics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or associate's degree in Graphic Design (or related field) or comparable professional experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience setting up a variety of print collateral to meet printer specifications (knowledge of the printing process and basic production terms are a bonus).
  • Understanding of visual design elements (i.e. layout, color, typography).
  • A keen eye for details.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
