Job Description: Senior Associate Credit Location: Remote – India Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (US) About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate Credit to join our team and strengthen our credit and deal execution capabilities. The successful candidate will have 7-8 years of relevant credit experience and will work closely with the US lending team to support underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution. Key Responsibilities - Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit memos for transactions. - Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets. - Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions. - Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them. - Collaborate with the US lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution. - Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously. Qualifications & Skills ( Masters in Finance) - 3–7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers. - Candidates with prior experience in investor relations will be preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals. - Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools. - Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred. Good in Financial Modeling - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams. Additional Details - Work Environment: Fully remote, based in India. - Work Schedule: Must align with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.
