The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforcefunctionality, configuration, and administration. As a SalesforceAdministrator, you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining theSalesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our clients. · Identifyand gather requirements from users and stakeholders.· Customizeand configure Salesforce to align with business processes and requirements.· Implementand maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and processbuilder flows.· Overseeall aspects of user and license management, including new usersetup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.· Resolveuser support tickets, Provide ongoing user training, and create trainingmaterials as needed.· Ensuredata integrity through the design and implementation of data quality bestpractices.· Performdata imports, updates, and maintenance tasks as needed.· Developand maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performanceindicators.· Buildand maintain automated processes using workflows, process builder, and Flow.· Collaboratewith development teams for more complex automation requirements.· Assistin the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications. Troubleshootand resolve integration issues.· Implementand maintain security controls, including sharing rules and security settings.· Conductregular security audits and implement best practices. Qualifications:· Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.· 2 to 4years of hands -on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.· Salesforcecertified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification isrequired.· Experiencein performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.· In -depthunderstanding of Salesforce products, functionality, and Salesforce bestpractices.· Stronganalytical and problem -solving skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
