Job Title: Salesforce Administrator – 5 Years Experience Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Salesforce CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce environments across various industries, with a strong focus on user adoption, data integrity, and process automation. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain Salesforce orgs (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud) including user management, security, permissions, and access controls. - Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and process builder automation. - Develop and manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. - Lead configuration and customization of Salesforce to align with business requirements and industry best practices. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. - Manage data quality initiatives including data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and data import/export using tools like Data Loader and Salesforce DX. - Configure and manage Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, payment gateways) using APIs and middleware. - Support user training, documentation, and change management to ensure high adoption and satisfaction. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and uptime. - Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve the platform. - Implement and enforce Salesforce governance policies, including change management, version control, and sandbox strategies. Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. - Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. - Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) or equivalent. - Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security models (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules), and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules). - Strong understanding of Salesforce data management, including import/export, data quality, and master data management. - Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), or native tools. - Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices (CI/CD, change sets, metadata API, Salesforce DX). - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in regulated industries (e.g., BFS, Healthcare, Retail) is a plus. Nice to Have: - Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) or Platform App Builder certification. - Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Components. - Knowledge of Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud. - Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud. - Experience with Salesforce performance optimization and scalability planning.
