Job Description Job Title: CRM Developer Location: NxtWave Office, Hyderabad Work Schedule: 6 days/week About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic CRM Developer to plan, implement, and optimize our CRM strategies. You will manage integrations, monitor system performance, enhance data capture, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Collaborating closely with CRM Administrators and cross-functional teams, you will ensure the CRM system aligns with business goals and delivers a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Implementation - Develop and execute CRM implementation plans aligned with business objectives. - Monitor system performance, identify trends, and drive user adoption. - Manage CRM integrations with other business tools for seamless data flow. - Identify and prioritize process improvements leveraging CRM capabilities. Data Management & Optimization - Optimize data capture processes to ensure accurate and comprehensive customer information. - Prioritize tasks based on business needs and strategic impact. - Document CRM processes, workflows, and system configurations. Collaboration & Communication - Work with CRM Administrators, sales, marketing, and service teams to meet requirements. - Engage stakeholders to gather feedback, align priorities, and communicate progress. - Support user training and adoption for effective use of CRM tools. Continuous Improvement & Innovation - Stay updated on CRM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies. - Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and system efficiency. Technical Skills: - Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics). - Experience managing CRM integrations with other business applications. - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
