Influencer Marketing Executive
to amplify our brand story through impactful creator collaborations.

Job Description

As an
Influencer Marketing Executive
at Sudathi, you'll build and lead creator partnerships that drive reach, engagement, and sales. From identifying the right influencers to managing campaigns end-to-end, you'll craft strategies that amplify our brand voice, fuel festive moments, and connect Sudathi with millions of shoppers across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, and execute
    influencer marketing campaigns
    across Instagram, YouTube, and other key platforms.
  • Build a
    strong influencer network
    —from micro creators to celebrities.
  • Identify and onboard influencers that align with Sudathi's voice and brand positioning.
  • Manage campaign briefs, contracts, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Track performance through engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI metrics.
  • Lead festive and trend-driven campaigns to
    drive traffic, visibility, and sales
    .
  • Collaborate with content, performance, and design teams for end-to-end execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or creator management.
  • Strong understanding of social media and influencer ecosystem in India.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and execution skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive insights.
  • Fashion / D2C experience is a
    plus
    .
