Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of biomedical equipment and devices.
  • Ensure all medical equipment meets regulatory and safety standards (NABH).
  • Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance testing of equipment.
  • Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, and staff on equipment usage.
  • Maintain inventory of medical equipment and ensure proper documentation of service history.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for AMC, repairs, and new procurements.
  • Train hospital staff on safe and effective use of medical devices.
  • Prepare reports, audits, and compliance documentation for biomedical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in biomedical equipment management and technology in a healthcare setup.
  • In-depth knowledge of biomedical devices such as X-Ray, MRI, CT, Dialysis, Ultrasound, ICU equipment, etc.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with hospital compliance standards NABH.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to train and guide hospital staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
